Our hotel in Le Lavandou, L'Escapade, is ideally located to discover the wines and gastronomy of Provence.

The easiest way to discover the gastronomy of Provence is to visit the local market located in the city center of Le Lavandou.

Every Thursday morning throughout the year, you will find:

• farmers who sell seasonal vegetables and fruits, honey and olive producers
• artisans who sell their cheeses and their boar, pork or donkey sausages
• Provençal herbs, porcini mushrooms, dried figs, olive trees, citrus fruits, vegetables, fruits, honey

After a number of tastings, it's impossible to resist shopping for these wonderful local products before you leave!

And the wine of Provence? The famous Rosé, refreshing White and saturated Red... The juicy vines that ripen in this magnificent climate are known the world over. Some producers invite you to take a walk in the vineyards and taste these wonderful terroirs.
