12 sands of different colors and grain sizes. This characteristic is one of the natural riches of Lavandou.

Family beaches, such as Plage Centre-Ville is a two-minute walk from the Hotel L'Escapade in Le Lavandou, are ideal for children and adults alike. They offer many water activities: games, sports activities, Zumba and relaxing yoga, diving clubs, catamaran rental, water skiing, sailing, canoeing, swimming school for children.

Most equipped beaches are free. But you can also find private beaches where you can rent deck chairs, umbrellas, as well as have a drink at the bar or eat in the restaurant.

Everywhere you will find various signs indicating the "exemplary quality of beaches and bathing water" awarded by the European Committee for the Protection of the Environment.
